These terms govern your use of the Seven Infosystem website and describe the general basis on which we supply products and services. Specific engagements are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work or licence agreement between us, which takes precedence over anything stated here.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape content at a rate that degrades service for others, or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communication.
Information accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including product capabilities and indicative pricing. However, content is provided for general information, may change without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer. Indicative prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes and depend on scope; a binding price is provided only in a written proposal.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, layout and code — is owned by Seven Infosystem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute it commercially without written permission. The Seven Infosystem name, logo and product names are our trademarks.
Professional services
Services are delivered under an agreed statement of work setting out scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and commercials. Changes to scope are handled through a written change request and priced separately. Timelines assume the agreed availability of client stakeholders, data and third-party access; delays in these may shift delivery dates.
Ownership of deliverables
On receipt of full payment, intellectual property in custom software developed specifically for a client transfers to that client, together with source code, documentation and deployment configuration. Our own licensed products remain our property and are supplied under a separate licence agreement, though customisations built for a client on top of them belong to that client.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Milestone-based projects are invoiced on milestone acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend work and hosting services on accounts overdue by more than 30 days, having given written notice.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by suitably qualified personnel, and we correct defects reported during the agreed warranty period at no charge. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, revenue or data where alternative recovery mechanisms were available.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination and is reinforced by a separate non-disclosure agreement where requested.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
