About us
Technology partners for ambitious businesses
Seven Infosystem is a 45-person software product and IT services company in Rajkot, Gujarat, building systems that businesses depend on every working day since 2014.
Our story
Built on engineering discipline and commercial clarity
Seven Infosystem started in 2014 in Rajkot with three engineers and a single client — a ceramics manufacturer who needed to know what a production batch actually cost. That first project set the pattern for everything since: understand the business problem properly, build the smallest system that solves it, and stay around long enough to see whether it worked.
Twelve years later we are a team of 45 engineers, designers, consultants and support staff. We have delivered more than 250 projects for over 120 clients across India, the Gulf, the United Kingdom and the United States, and a good proportion of our work each year still comes from clients we started with in our first three years.
What we do
Our work falls into two parts that reinforce each other. We build and licence our own products — Seven ERP, Seven CRM, Seven HRMS, Seven Inventory and Seven POS — which give us a permanent, unforgiving education in what it takes to run software in production. And we deliver services: custom software, web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps operations, and API integration work.
Having both matters. Because we can configure a product we already own instead of quoting a build, we have no commercial reason to push custom development at a business that would be better served by a configured platform. Being able to say "you do not need us to build this" is the most useful thing we can offer during an evaluation.
How we work
Every engagement starts with discovery — time spent with the people who will actually use the system, mapping how work moves through the organisation today. That produces a written blueprint with scope, architecture, milestones and commercials, signed off before development begins. Delivery runs in two-week sprints, each ending with a working build on a staging URL rather than a status report.
We take data migration and training as seriously as the code, because that is where internal projects usually fail. Historical records are cleaned, mapped and reconciled against your existing system before go-live, and training is delivered by role so that each person learns the screens they will actually use.
What you own
On completion, the source code, repository, documentation and infrastructure configuration for custom work transfer to you. Most clients continue with a support retainer for monitoring and enhancements, but that stays month-to-month after the first quarter. We would rather earn the next phase than rely on a contract to keep it.
Where we are
Our office is in Rajkot, Gujarat, and our clients are everywhere from Ahmedabad and Mumbai to Dubai, London and Austin. Distributed delivery has been normal for us for years: written daily updates, a demo every fortnight, and overlapping hours arranged around your timezone rather than ours.
If you are weighing a project — or simply trying to work out whether you need one — we are happy to spend an hour on it with no obligation.

Purpose
Where we are going, and why
Mission
Our mission
To give growing businesses the same quality of software that large enterprises take for granted — without the cost, the complexity or the vendor games that usually come with it.
Vision
Our vision
To be the technology partner that mid-market businesses in India and beyond call first — trusted enough that our recommendation is taken seriously even when it is to do nothing at all.
Values
What we stand for
Four principles that shape how we work, hire and quote.
Craft
We sweat the details — from system architecture down to interaction design.
Integrity
Clear communication and honest recommendations, even when they cost us scope.
Impact
We measure success by the business outcomes we unlock, not hours logged.
Ownership
Every engagement has an accountable team that sees the work through.
Curiosity
We keep evaluating tools and patterns so your stack stays current.
Partnership
We plan for the roadmap after launch, not just the first release.

01
Discover
We spend time with the people who will use the system, map how work moves through your business today, and agree what success will be measured by.
-
02
Plan
You receive a written blueprint covering scope, architecture, milestones and commercials. Nothing moves into build until that document is signed off.
-
03
Design
Wireframes become a clickable prototype that real users test. Changing a prototype takes an hour; changing production code takes a fortnight.
-
04
Develop
Two-week sprints, each ending with a working build on a staging URL. You see progress continuously and can reprioritise while it is still inexpensive.
-
05
Test & Launch
Automated tests, load and security checks, data migration with reconciliation, user training, then a supported go-live with rollback ready.
-
06
Support
Monitoring, patching, backups and an agreed response time, plus a roadmap for enhancements as your business changes.
Client feedback
Trusted by teams that build for the long term
“We came to Seven Infosystem with fourteen outlets running on three different billing systems and no reliable stock figure. Nine weeks later every store was on Seven POS with live consolidated reporting. What impressed me most was that they pushed back on two features we asked for and were right both times.”
“Our ERP rollout covered finance, stores and production across two plants, and we never lost a single day of dispatch. The team ran a parallel period until the numbers matched to the rupee. Twelve months on, they still answer the phone the same way they did during the project.”
“Working across a four-and-a-half hour time difference was my main worry and it turned out to be a non-issue. Daily written updates, a demo every fortnight, and honest answers when something slipped. Our driver app now handles 1,800 deliveries a day and has not gone down once.”
“For years we thought two of our product lines were our best earners. Within three months of using proper job costing in Seven ERP we discovered one of them was barely breaking even after rejections. That single insight paid for the whole implementation.”
