Seven Infosystem ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect through this website and through our commercial relationships, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us by email or telephone, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. When you browse the site we also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visit, through server logs and analytics.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information solely to respond to you, prepare proposals and manage an ongoing client relationship. We use technical information in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and to diagnose faults. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Client project data

Where we process data belonging to a client's business as part of a development, hosting or support engagement, we act as a data processor under that client's instructions and under the terms of the relevant contract and non-disclosure agreement. Such data is held in access-controlled environments, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is not used for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

Storage, retention and security

Information is stored on servers located in India and, for some cloud services, in other jurisdictions operated by reputable providers under appropriate safeguards. We apply access controls, encryption, activity logging and regular security review. Enquiry records are retained for up to 36 months from last contact unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention; newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe.

Third-party services
