Mobile App Development

Native-quality iOS and Android apps built from a single codebase, shipped to the stores and supported long after launch.

Overview

Mobile projects fail for predictable reasons: too many features in version one, designs that ignore thumb reach, and an assumption that users always have signal. We plan around all three. Before design starts we agree on the single job the app must do brilliantly on a phone — capture the order, log the service call, approve the request — and everything else waits for a later release.

Most of our clients are best served by Flutter or React Native. One codebase covers both platforms, which typically saves around forty percent against two native builds and, more importantly, keeps the two versions in step forever afterwards. Where a project genuinely needs deep platform integration — complex Bluetooth hardware, heavy background processing — we build native and say so upfront.

Offline behaviour is designed, not bolted on. Field engineers, delivery staff and sales teams work in basements, warehouses and rural routes. Our apps queue actions locally, resolve conflicts on reconnect using rules you define, and show honest sync status so nobody wonders whether their work was saved.

Every build ships with crash reporting, analytics and a release pipeline that pushes to TestFlight and the Play Store internal track automatically. Your stakeholders test on real devices throughout the project rather than seeing the app for the first time at the end.

We handle store submission, review responses, privacy declarations and phased rollouts, and we stay on for the first few releases after launch, when real-world usage always surfaces things no test plan predicted.

What’s included

Features

  • Single Flutter or React Native codebase covering iOS and Android
  • Offline-first data sync for field teams with patchy connectivity
  • Push notifications, deep links and in-app messaging
  • Camera, GPS, barcode, biometric and payment gateway integration
  • Crash reporting and analytics instrumented from day one
  • App Store and Play Store submission handled end to end

Why it matters

Benefits

  • One codebase means roughly 40% less cost than two native builds
  • Field staff keep working through dead zones and sync when back online
  • Consistent brand experience across both platforms
  • Faster release cycles with over-the-air updates where supported
  • Store compliance and review rejections handled by our team, not yours

How we work

Our process

  1. 01

Define the core job the app does on a phone, and cut everything else

  2. 02

Interaction design and prototype tested on real devices

  3. 03

Sprint-based development with TestFlight and internal-track builds

  4. 04

Device matrix testing across screen sizes, OS versions and networks

  5. 05

Store submission, phased rollout and post-launch crash monitoring
