That map becomes a solution blueprint with a fixed scope, a realistic timeline and clear commercials before any development begins.
Delivery runs in two-week sprints. At the end of every sprint you get a working build on a staging URL, not a status report, so you can see progress and redirect priorities while it is still cheap to do so. Our engineers write tested, documented Laravel and modern JavaScript, and every project ships with automated deployment, backups, monitoring and a documented rollback path.
We take data migration seriously because that is where most internal projects quietly fail. Your historical records, part numbers, customer ledgers and open transactions are cleaned, mapped and imported with reconciliation reports you can verify against your old system before you switch over. Training is delivered to each user group in their own language of work.
When the project ends, the code, the repository and the infrastructure are yours. Most clients then move onto a support retainer for enhancements and monitoring, but that is a choice, not a lock-in. We would rather earn the next phase than trap you in it.
