ERP Software Development

Modular ERP systems covering finance, inventory, production and sales — implemented department by department so operations never stop.

Overview

ERP projects have a reputation for overrunning, and usually for the same reason: the organisation tries to switch everything on at once. We take the opposite approach. We audit your processes, agree which department feels the most pain, and go live there first. Each subsequent module lands on a platform that is already proven inside your business.

Our ERP work is grounded in Indian operating reality. GST-compliant invoicing, e-way bill generation, HSN and SAC handling, TDS, multi-state branch accounting, job work and subcontracting flows are standard rather than bolt-ons. For manufacturers we cover bill of materials, work orders, machine and labour costing, wastage and rework. For distributors we cover multi-warehouse stock, batch and expiry tracking, price lists per customer group and scheme management.

Custom build or configured platform?

Not every business needs a bespoke ERP. Part of our job is telling you when a configured platform — such as our own Seven ERP — will serve you better and cost far less. We only recommend a ground-up build when your competitive advantage genuinely lives in a process no packaged product handles well.

Data migration is where ERP rollouts are won or lost. Opening balances, stock positions, customer and supplier masters, price lists and open transactions are extracted, cleaned, mapped and imported with reconciliation reports your accountant can sign off. Nothing goes live until the numbers match.

Training runs by role, not by module, so a stores clerk learns the six screens they will actually use. After go-live we stay close through the first two month-end closes, when the real questions surface.
