About Seven ERP
Seven ERP is our flagship platform, built over nine years with manufacturers and distributors who were running their business on a mix of Tally, Excel and institutional memory. It brings finance, inventory, production, procurement and sales onto one system so that everyone from the shop floor to the boardroom works from the same live numbers.
Built for how Indian businesses actually operate
Compliance is native, not an add-on. GST-compliant invoicing, e-invoice IRN generation, e-way bills, HSN and SAC handling, TDS, job work challans and multi-state branch accounting all work out of the box. Reverse charge, composition dealers and export documentation are handled without workarounds, and returns data can be exported in the formats your CA expects.
Modular by design, phased by default
You do not have to switch everything on at once, and we advise against it. Most clients start with inventory and finance, add procurement and production in the second phase, then bring sales and dispatch onto the platform. Each module is fully usable on its own and shares one master data set, so there is never a reconciliation step between them.
Production visibility that changes decisions
Multi-level bills of material, work-order scheduling, machine and labour capture, wastage and rework recording feed a costing engine that tells you what each job really consumed. Clients regularly discover that a product line they assumed was profitable was not, once true overhead and rejection rates were included.
Implementation and ownership
Every implementation includes a process audit, data migration with reconciliation, role-based training and support through the first two month-end closes. Seven ERP runs on your own servers or on cloud infrastructure we manage for you, and every plan includes unlimited users — you should never have to decide whether an employee is worth a licence.
