About Seven HRMS
Seven HRMS is our newest product, released after two years of running payroll for our own growing team and hearing the same complaints from clients: attendance in one system, leave in a shared spreadsheet, payroll in a second spreadsheet, and a fortnight lost every month reconciling the three.
One register, every kind of attendance
Factory staff punch a biometric device, field engineers check in from a geo-fenced mobile app, and office teams clock in from the browser. Seven HRMS reads all three into a single shift-aware register that applies your grace periods, overtime rules, week-off patterns and holiday calendars automatically. Regularisation requests follow the reporting line, and every change leaves an audit trail — which is why attendance arguments simply stop.
Payroll that keeps up with the rules
The payroll engine covers PF, ESI, professional tax by state, labour welfare fund, TDS with old and new regime comparison, and gratuity provisioning. Statutory rates are maintained by us, so a slab change does not become your problem. Output includes ECR files, challans, bank transfer files and Form 16, ready to file or hand to your consultant.
Self-service that actually reduces HR load
The employee app handles payslips, leave applications and balances, expense claims with photo receipts, tax declarations and personal detail updates. HR teams report that routine queries fall by roughly seventy percent within the first two months, which is usually the moment the software pays for itself.
Live in two weeks
Implementation covers employee data import, policy configuration, biometric device connection, a parallel payroll run against your existing process, and training for HR and employees.
